Team SOFAST LLC ("we," "us") operates tmsofast.com, our online store, and the mobile apps SOFAST Groundwork and SOF Tactical Medicine. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you sign up for our newsletter or lead magnet. Handled by Klaviyo.
• Order & shipping info — name, address, and contact details when you buy from our store. Handled by Shopify; payments by the payment processor (we never see full card numbers).
• Purchase history — in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play and our subscription provider (RevenueCat). We receive purchase status, not payment details.
• Optional profile photo & name — only if you choose to set one in the app; stored on your device.
• Our apps do not require account creation and do not collect location, contacts, health sensor data, or microphone audio.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders, deliver app features and purchases, and provide support.
• To send you content you asked for (newsletter). You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties we rely on

Apple, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo, RevenueCat, and Amazon (affiliate links). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Data is encrypted in transit.

Your choices & data deletion

You can unsubscribe from email at any time, and you can request that we delete the personal data we hold by emailing [email protected]. App data tied to your device is removed when you delete the app.

Children

Our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
