Stuck on the Body screen after installing?

Fill in your details, tap Save, swipe the app closed, then reopen it. The workout library opens. An update fixing this is on the way.

SOFAST Groundwork and SOF Tactical Medicine: for crashes, purchase/restore issues, or feedback, email [email protected] with your device model and iOS/Android version. To restore a purchase, use "Restore Purchases" in the app's paywall.

Delete your data

To delete the SOFAST Groundwork data we hold on our servers, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Groundwork data". Please include:

the display name you used in Groundwork, and
the name of a workout you saved and the rough date you saved it, so we can find your entries.

We delete the leaderboard entries, whiteboard posts, app use records and access-code redemptions tied to that install. If you never set up a community profile, the records we hold are tied only to a random install ID and contain no name, so we can't match them to you.

Your body profile (age, sex, height and weight) and any data from the Wear OS watch app stay on your own devices. Uninstalling the app from a device removes the copy on that device. Your own device backup (Google backup or iCloud) may include them.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
