Team SOFAST started with a simple refusal: not to go soft, and not to let the men around me go soft either.

I'm Jeffrey "Patch" Adams — a retired Special Forces Team Sergeant, an 18D, and I'm still inside the community I came up through. Everything here comes from that. The standards in our field manuals and our training apps aren't borrowed from the internet; they're the ones I lived, taught, and trusted with people's lives.

Most "tactical" brands sell a costume. We sell the standard underneath it — the knowledge, the training, and the gear to back it up. The field manuals fit in a cargo pocket because they're meant to be used, not shelved. Groundwork starts on the App Store. The goal is readiness.

Named workouts honor specific fallen service members on the anniversary of that date. Those dates stay free. Empty days get a real training session. This is not a workout for every fallen operator.
